Online Payment Convenience Fee Changes

Wyoming Gas Company uses Invoice Cloud to process its online payments. Invoice Cloud charges the customer a convenience fee in order to provide this service. Historically, this convenience fee has been $2.95 per credit or debit card transaction with a transaction limit of $300. In order to increase this transaction limit, Wyoming Gas has negotiated a different fee structure. Starting February 24, 2023, the convenience fee for credit and debit cards will be 2.95% of the total transaction amount, with a minimum convenience fee of $2.50 and a transaction limit of $125,000. The convenience fee for ACH payments using a checking or savings account remains at $0.95 per transaction with no transaction limit. As a reminder, Wyoming Gas does not collect and cannot refund this convenience fee - it is collected directly by Invoice Cloud for providing our customers with the option to make online payments. Wyoming Gas has other payment options available at no additional cost to the customer including its bank draft program and its lobby is still open to collect cash or check payments in person. Check payments can also still be left in the night drop box located outside the Wyoming Gas office or mailed in the return envelope provided with your bill.
